Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by warmly greeting customers, identifying their needs, and recommending\ products.
- Boost sales through close interaction with customers, using suggestive selling techniques and deep knowledge of the products offered.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions and payments, ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
- Support store management with product and display organization, price adjustments, inventory control, and strategic promotions.
- Keep the store organized and visually appealing to invite purchases and reflect the essence of Ocean Air.
- Embody the values of our “Servant Leadership” philosophy, creating genuine and positive connections with every customer.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a minimum English level of B1 (Pre-intermediate) to apply for this position.
- This requirement ensures that applicants have the necessary language skills for daily use in the workplace, demonstrating an understanding of the fundamentals of the language and the proficiency required for the role.
- Ocean Air will schedule an interview to confirm that the candidate has a conversational level of English.
