EB-3 Job Qualifications
1. No gender restrictions, age 18 – 65 (on application date)
2. High school graduate (GED) or above
3. Good health No contagious diseases as required*
4. English proficiency at a B1 Intermediate level
5. No criminal record
6. No history of overstay visa in the United States
7. If previously residing in the United States, must not have worked without permission for more than 180 days
8. Demonstrate good work ethics
9. If successful in the program, must be able to work for an employer (in the United States) for at least 12 months
10. If the applicant is residing in the United States on an F1 visa and is a student, must attend classes as required by the institution. The I-20 must show “Continued Attendance” status.
