- Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests. Explain menu items and answer product requirements questions as raised by guests. Take guests orders accurately and efficiently. Accept payment from guests and make appropriate changes. Operate the cash register and be responsible for ACH receipt. Participate in outside order taking as necessary. Ensure order accuracy and efficiently packing all orders. Thank each guest for their business. Stock adequate supplies behind the counter and in dining area. Pre drinks and assist in kitchen as needed to continue smooth flow of the operation. Clean and maintain guest friendly area including restrooms. Remove trash from the receptacles and place at rear of building.
